It has three large heavy duty cast iron hotplates, a 2/1 Gastronorm compatible fan assisted oven and twin oven doors with individual catches to help retain heat within the oven chamber. A full width, removable drip tray retains spills and helps keep the vitreous enamel oven chamber clean.
