The cornerstone of every kitchen - with three rectangular cast iron hotplates and large 2/1 GN compatible oven, the electric Dominator Plus E3101 is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available for the modern kitchen. The oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250�C.
