Using the 240mm Vogue stainless steel lid on your pans can make all the difference when it comes to cooking times and energy efficiency. In addition, the Vogue lid can also prevent foods from drying out - especially useful when making sauces. And speaking of cleaning, once the lid has been used, the strong stainless steel construction means you can pop it in the dishwasher - saving even more time.
