The energy-efficient I91104 delivers not only energy savings but also practical and operational benefits. This induction range features 4 x 3.5kW heat zones, 6mm toughened glass hob, precise and instantly controllable temperature control and extremely low heat emissions. 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven. Inbuilt pan detection means that no pan - no wasted energy. The large 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven features five shelf positions, with one shelf supplied as standard, and metal to metal door seal, to ensure heat is retained exactly where it is needed - in the oven chamber. The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)*. This unit is also IPX5 water resistant for ease of deep cleaning and is supplied on adjustable feet.
