This waterproof thermometer is ideal for use in dishwashers and measures temperature over the range of -50 to 200�C with a 0.1 �C resolution and features a max/min temperature recording function and at the back of the instrument a discreet �C/�F and reset button. It incorporates a �3.5 x 120 mm stainless steel penetration probe. The thermometer can be placed inside a dishwasher to ensure the maximum cycle temperature is correct, and also be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer.
