This heavy duty OE8601 bain marie is designed for the busy commercial kitchen and the ability to configure the gastronorm pans as required makes it supremely versatile and user friendly. Featuring a durable front mounted water drain tap and unique flush fitting plate elements, not only is the product easy to clean, it's designed for safety and efficiency too. Perfect for holding sauces, gravy and other pre-cooked foods at serving temperature. Please note - gastronorm pans sold separately.
