This stainless steel Blue Seal convection oven is designed to provide fast and even baking. This is the ideal plug-in oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proofed frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and confectionery products. The oven features 60 minute mechanical timer with "time up" alarm, mechanical thermostat, easy-clean glass door system, stay cool door handle and easy to change plug-in door seal.to provide fast and even baking. This is the ideal plug-in oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proofed frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and and cake and confectionery products.
