Product Information

A 2/1 Gastronorm compatible stainless steel gas oven and six hob burners, with heavy cast iron pan supports. The oven features four shelf positions with a safety stop to avoid accidentally removing shelves, a removable vitreous enamelled oven lining for easy cleaning and double skinned open-out doors, allowing excellent heat retention and easy oven access. The hob is removable to provide access for cleaning and maintenance. Two oven shelves and castors are supplied as standard; hose for connecting to gas supply is sold separately.
